Established in 1996 by Tom and Bridget Hanchette, Identity Works started as a distributor of print, promotional products and branded apparel. With their backgrounds in healthcare and pharmaceutical sales and marketing, Tom & Bridget helped the company earn a reputation early on for its creative concepts, custom product design, and for its ability to get quick turn jobs done on time that no one else could do.

Always pushing the envelope in creative and technology, Identity Works expanded its capabilities with in-house product and apparel decoration. The company also expanded its reach serving clients in nearly every sector of the economy. Still the majority stockholders, Tom Hanchette serves as President and Bridget Hanchette as Vice President. Ryan Born, a software engineer, with a degree from the University of Illinois, joined the team in 2005. Five years later, Ryan became part of the ownership team of Identity Works. He now leads our ongoing technology efforts including QuickBrand Online Stores that give our clients ultimate control over their marketing supply chain management, and he anchors all of our extensive Brand-Driven Technology Solutions.

Today we offer full range of marketing products and services. We’ve gone from the original tag line, “Products That Promote” to “Integrated Brand Solutions” since we now offer clients web development, branding/logo design, social media management along with our core business of providing branded merchandise and the technology solutions that make purchasing and distribution of those products more efficient. Our industry leading QuickBrand Online Stores take many forms from full marketing supply chain online stores, apparel programs, employee reward stores, and holiday gift stores where your employees can choose the gift they prefer from multiple options. Each QuickBrand Online Store is personalized with custom functionality tailored to each client. Our in-house programmers make each site and solution mold to your organization’s unique needs.
